By using EditHunt, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EditHunt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

You must use EditHunt in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to misuse our services, including attempting to access the service through automated means or disrupting the service's functionality.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Email Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive emails from EditHunt, including:

• Service notifications: Account updates, security alerts, and important service announcements
• Product updates: Information about new features, improvements, and platform updates
• Marketing communications: Promotional emails, feature highlights, and tips for using EditHunt effectively
• Lead notifications: Alerts about new video editing opportunities and job matches
• Billing and subscription: Payment confirmations, subscription updates, and billing notifications

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. However, you may not opt out of essential service-related communications.

5. Subscription and Payment

EditHunt offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Free Trial

We may offer free trials of our paid services. Trial periods and terms are subject to change. At the end of your trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.

7. Content and Data

EditHunt aggregates publicly available job postings and opportunities from various platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listings. Users are responsible for verifying all job details independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

EditHunt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
